The study offers a unique view into the overall experience with the use, location of the charger, convenience, speed, safety and payment processing, among other critical elements experienced by EV owners. Additionally, charging station reliability is a critical component to driving EV adoption and ensuring infrastructure meets the needs of an expanding sector within the market. The EVX Public Charging Study tracks charging failure rates geographically and by charge point operator, providing key metrics needed for making improvements.
