JD Power U.S. Credit Card Satisfaction Study

The JD Power U.S. Credit Card Satisfaction Study was created to help consumers and issuers understand and act upon the satisfaction ratings of the largest brands in the market. The study sets a quality benchmark for personal card issuers and provides a thorough understanding of the needs, expectations, and desires of today’s customers at both the brand and product levels. The study measures performance in seven factors critical to the customer experience (in alphabetical order): account management, benefits, customer service, new account, teams, rewards earning, and rewards redeeming.
