Study Details

The JD Power U.S. Television Service Provider Satisfaction Study measures key drivers of satisfaction among customers who currently subscribe to a Cable/Satellite TV or Live TV Streaming service.

The study allows providers to:

  • Understand attitudes, experiences, and behavioral characteristics of television service subscribers
  • Determine the critical factors that impact customer satisfaction across regions within U.S. markets
  • Track quarterly performance regionally for Cable/Satellite TV and nationally for Live TV streaming to monitor progress, including market share, usage and churn
  • Identify areas of strengths and weakness to help inform and develop actionable marketing programs

JD Power Performance Reports are customized, client-commissioned reports that highlight above-average performance by companies in JD Power syndicated studies.
