The JD Power U.S. Television Service Provider Satisfaction Study measures key drivers of satisfaction among customers who currently subscribe to a Cable/Satellite TV or Live TV Streaming service.
The study allows providers to:
- Understand attitudes, experiences, and behavioral characteristics of television service subscribers
- Determine the critical factors that impact customer satisfaction across regions within U.S. markets
- Track quarterly performance regionally for Cable/Satellite TV and nationally for Live TV streaming to monitor progress, including market share, usage and churn
- Identify areas of strengths and weakness to help inform and develop actionable marketing programs

The brand(s) that rank highest in each award-eligible segment and meet predetermined award criteria will have the opportunity to enter into a licensing agreement through the JD Power Awards Program, which requires subscribing to the study as a prerequisite.
