Study Details

The JD Power U.S. Residential Internet Service Provider Satisfaction Study measures key drivers of satisfaction among residential customers who currently subscribe to an Internet service. 

The study allows providers to:

  • Understand attitudes, experiences, and behavioral characteristics of Internet service subscribers
  • Determine the critical factors that impact customer satisfaction across regions within U.S. markets
  • Evaluate performance within each region based on seven relational dimensions
  • Identify areas of strengths and weakness to help inform and develop actionable marketing programs
  • Track quarterly performance within each region to monitor progress, including market share, usage and churn
