Like the all-electric Charger Daytona, Dodge offers the gas-powered 2026 Charger SIXPACK in both two- and four-door body styles, each seating five. The Charger SIXPACK R/T features a standard output (S.O.) engine, while Scat Pack models have a high output (H.O.) version. All Charger SIXPACKs come with an eight-speed automatic transmission and are equipped with standard all-wheel drive (AWD).

All 2026 Charger models, regardless of powertrain, showcase Dodge’s iconic muscular, wide-body styling. The Charger is so wide that Dodge asserts it has the widest body of any car in the industry. Signature Charger design features shared by both the Daytona and SIXPACK include white LED headlights with a laser-etched Dodge logo, red “ring of fire” LED taillights, and an illuminated “Fratzog” logo in the center of both light sets.

Despite their family resemblance, there are some styling differences between the electric and gas-powered versions of the Charger. While the Charger Daytona’s hood features an R-Wing front aero pass-through, the SIXPACK does not. The gas-powered Charger has a larger, more prominent grille, a unique front fascia, and bright, rolled 100 mm dual stainless-steel exhaust tips at the rear. Additionally, SIXPACK Scat Pack models come with a standard gloss black rear spoiler.

Dodge is known for its creatively named paint colors. The same applies to the 2026 Charger SIXPACK, which comes in eight colors, including Bludicrous, Peel Out, Redeye, White Knuckle, and Green Machine, the latter of which is new for 2026. Other 2026 Charger SIXPACK color options include After Dark, Diamond Black, and Triple Nickel.

Like the car’s exterior, the Charger SIXPACK’s interior combines classic muscle-car styling with a modern look and feel. The driver-focused cabin features lines inspired by the 1968 Dodge Charger, including a “CHARGER” logo on the instrument panel.

The heated steering wheel features a flat-top/flat-bottom design, and Scat Pack models are equipped with paddle shifters for the transmission. A pistol-grip gear shifter and engine start/stop button are situated close together on the center console. Meanwhile, Plus models include a wireless smartphone charger.

The available Attitude Adjustment interior lighting features 64 colors. It spans 270 degrees—from the driver's door to the passenger's door—and responds to vehicle events, such as changes in drive mode or the opening of a door. Seating options include heated black or red Nappa leather seats, and buyers can choose high-backed, fixed-headrest seats on Plus trims.

Thanks to its wide proportions, the Charger offers what Dodge claims is the best passenger volume in its class at 103.1 cubic feet. Similarly, the car’s liftback style helps provide 22.8 cubic feet of cargo space with the rear seats up and 37.4 cubic feet when the rear seats are folded down.

Dodge offers the 2026 Charger SIXPACK with one of two twin-turbocharged, 3.0-liter inline-six engines, which the automaker calls “Hurricane.” The S.O. version—standard on the R/T trim—delivers 420 hp and 468 pound-feet of torque, while the H.O. version powering Scat Pack models produces 550 hp and 531 pound-feet of torque.

In the standard setup, an eight-speed automatic transmission delivers power to all four wheels. However, Scat Pack models include a Line Lock feature which, with the press of a button, can direct full power only to the rear wheels. This is useful when doing a burnout to warm up the rear tires at the drag strip or for doing donuts or drifting on a track. Launch Control, also standard on Scat Pack models, further enhances off-the-line acceleration.

Five drive modes, including Auto, Eco, Wet/Snow, Sport, and Custom, bring an additional measure of customization. Meanwhile, Scat Pack models feature a performance-tuned, low-restriction, dual-mode active exhaust system that produces a unique sound for each drive mode.

The Charger SIXPACK features a multi-link front and a fully independent rear suspension, which Dodge states provides notable improvements in ride quality and handling compared to the previous-generation model.

While Dodge didn’t provide details for the R/T, Scat Pack models come with 20-by-10-inch Diamond Cut Luster wheels, 275/40ZR20 Goodyear all-season tires, and Brembo six-piston ventilated disc brakes at the front and rear. Naturally, there are multiple wheel options available, including Blacknoise aluminum wheels with the Blacktop package, as well as 20-by-11-inch Satin Carbon or Luster wheels paired with 305/35ZR20 Goodyear all-season tires.

What about the numbers? Dodge claims the Charger SIXPACK Scat Pack can go from zero to 60 mph in less than four seconds and complete the quarter mile in 12.2 seconds. Its top speed is claimed to be 177 mph. Dodge didn’t provide zero-to-60 and quarter-mile times for the R/T but did say it has a top speed of 168 mph.

The new Charger SIXPACK features the same standard suite of advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) as all other new-generation Chargers. Highlights include:

Notable camera-assist features include a surround-view camera, tire-to-curb view, parking assistance, and a blind spot view that activates when the driver uses the turn signal.

The Charger SIXPACK comes standard with a 10.25-inch gauge cluster, but buyers can opt for a 16-inch display. Both feature a free-floating design—a first for the automaker—that offers multiple layouts. An optional 12.3-inch head-up display is also available.

Regarding infotainment, the Charger SIXPACK features the latest Uconnect 5 system, which offers wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto smartphone mirroring, SiriusXM satellite radio, Amazon Alexa capabilities, and a range of connected services with a 10-year subscription included. Key features include over-the-air updates, vehicle health reports, vehicle alerts, and remote locking and unlocking.

For even more services, buyers can upgrade their subscription to the available Connect Wi-Fi Plus package. It adds unlimited Wi-Fi data and hotspot, remote engine start, stolen vehicle tracking, a voice assistant, connected navigation, and Alexa Built-in, among other features.

2026 Dodge Charger SIXPACK Competitors - Find the best Dodge deals!

As a full-size domestic sedan, there are no direct competitors for the four-door Dodge Charger SIXPACK. It stands alone in its class. However, among two-door muscle and pony cars, the Ford Mustang offers strong competition.

While the Mustang EcoBoost’s 315-hp four-cylinder engine can’t match the Charger SIXPACK R/T’s 420 hp, the naturally aspirated V8 in the Mustang GT holds its own, delivering 480 hp and roughly splitting the difference between the SIXPACK S.O. and H.O. outputs. Buyers can also upgrade to the Mustang Dark Horse, which cranks out an even 500 hp.

While hardcore purists may lament that Dodge doesn’t offer the new-generation Charger with a Hemi V8 gas engine, there’s no denying the strong horsepower and torque numbers produced by the new Hurricane six-cylinder engines powering the SIXPACK models. If recent developments are any indication (parent company Stellantis announced in June 2025 the return of the Hemi V8 in the 2026 Ram 1500), Charger fans might soon get their wish.

Pricing for the 2026 Dodge Charger SIXPACK two-door models starts at $51,990 for the R/T with the S.O. engine and $56,990 for the Scat Pack with the H.O. engine. Prices include the $1,995 destination charge. Four-door versions of each are available for an extra $2,000.

Dodge is the source of information in this article. It was accurate as of August 8, 2025, but it may have changed since that date. Always confirm product details and availability with the automaker’s website or your local dealership.
