The 2026 Nissan Rogue compact crossover SUV debuts a new Dark Armor trim and enhances the off-road abilities of its Rock Creek version. It also upgrades technology and safety features across the lineup. The Rogue maintains competitive prices and, according to the automaker, offers best-in-class standard gas engine torque.

The 2026 Nissan Rogue is available in six trims: S, SV, SL, Rock Creek, Dark Armor, and Platinum. Most come with standard front-wheel drive, while all-wheel drive (AWD) is available on all 2026 Rogue SUV trims. The Rock Creek and Platinum models feature standard AWD, providing extra confidence for drivers on rough roads or in adverse weather conditions. All versions are powered by a turbocharged, variable-compression 1.5-liter three-cylinder engine with 201 horsepower.
New for 2026, the Dark Armor trim gives the Rogue a stealthier look with 19-inch black wheels and gloss black accents on the grille, mirrors, pillars, and roof rails. Inside, it offers added comfort and tech features like a panoramic moonroof, synthetic leather seats, and heated front seats and steering wheel. It also comes standard with a surround view camera with moving object detection, which combines multiple camera angles to provide drivers with a top-down view of their surroundings.
Beyond the new Dark Armor trim, the rest of the 2026 Rogue lineup receives a subtle refresh. The top-tier Platinum trim now offers an optional Chestnut Brown semi-aniline leather interior and ambient LED lighting for a more upscale feel. Rear-seat access also improves, with doors that now open nearly 90 degrees and available sunshades for added comfort.
On the outside, Nissan offers four two-tone paint options: Everest White Pearl, Deep Ocean Blue Pearl, Champagne Silver Metallic, and Boulder Gray Pearl—all with a contrasting Super Black roof for a sharper, more modern appearance.
The available Google Built-in features offer familiar options, including Google Maps, directly on the Rogue’s center touchscreen, providing intuitive navigation and easy access to popular apps. Every trim comes standard with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto smartphone mirroring, and wireless phone charging is available across the lineup.
Convenience features include a rear seat reminder system that prompts you to check the back seat, a tire fill alert system, and available remote engine start.
The Rogue’s advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) suite offers a range of features, from high-tech options to everyday safety essentials. Available ProPilot Assist 2.1 allows attentive drivers to enjoy hands-free driving on single-lane highways. Additionally, the available camera technology includes a surround view camera, a front wide view, and an “Invisible Hood” view, making parking and maneuvering easier.
The 2026 Rogue SUV also comes standard with Nissan Safety Shield 360, which includes automatic emergency braking with pedestrian detection, blind spot warning, rear cross-traffic warning, and lane departure warning. Pricing for the 2026 Nissan Rogue lineup starts at $30,180, including the $1,390 destination charge.

The 2026 Nissan Rogue continues to compete in one of the most crowded segments in the industry, alongside other compact crossover models such as the Honda CR-V, Hyundai Tucson, Mazda CX-5, Subaru Forester, and Toyota RAV4.
With features like ProPilot Assist 2.1, a competitive starting price, and appealing trims such as Rock Creek and Dark Armor, the 2026 Rogue is well-positioned to attract a broad range of buyers.
