With the addition of the Q8 E-tron and Q8 Sportback E-tron, Audi continues to bolster its electrified vehicle lineup. Beyond those two offerings, the German luxury sport automaker is quiet regarding vehicle introductions for the 2024 model year. Instead, it is concentrating on adding advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) and connectivity to its current model lineup.

For 2024, the Audi Connect app features remote engine start (RES) capability integrated into nearly the entire 2024 lineup. Audi is also launching an integrated application store allowing owners to download apps—both its own and third-party—directly to the individual model's multimedia interface.
Audi is ramping up its battery-electric offerings but is not turning its back on its conventional gasoline-powered fleet of cars and SUVs. Equipment changes and package upgrades are prevalent across the entire 2024 Audi portfolio.
Changes to individual model lines are listed below in alphabetical order.
Audi redesigned the A3 for the 2022 model year, so simple changes like added standard equipment highlight the 2024 revisions. The popular Black Optic Sport package for the A3 now includes new 18-inch wheels. Nappa leather seats join the S3's standalone option list on Premium Plus and Prestige trim levels. The S3 and RS 3 models get Carbon Atlas structure inlay, replacing aluminum. Also, the stitching and trim on the optional RS design package are now red instead of green.
Audi adds new standard features to the A4 family of vehicles for 2024. Adaptive cruise control, lane-keeping assistance, active parking assistance, and a heated steering wheel with hands-on detection are among the new standard features on many of the A4 variants. The optional navigation package adds traffic-sign recognition. Audi is also making its Audi App Store more accessible by adding a 6-month trial subscription to Audi Connect Plus connectivity in higher trim levels.
As it has with the A4, Audi has added new standard features to the A5 Coupe, S5 Coupe, A5 Sportback, S5 Sportback, A5 Cabriolet, S5 Cabriolet, RS 5 Coupe, and RS 5 Sportback. The new items include adaptive cruise control, lane-keeping assistance, active parking assistance, and a heated steering wheel featuring hands-on detection. Except for the A5 Sportback 40, Audi adds RES via the myAudi app across the A5 family as well. Higher trims also get the 6-month connectivity trial, designed to lure owners to the Audi App store.
The 2024 A6 Sedan, A6 Allroad, S6 Sedan, and RS 6 Avant Performance get revised exterior styling in a mid-cycle "refresh." The A6 and S6 get new front grilles, and the A6 also receives a revised rear diffuser. Matrix-design LED headlights are now standard. Four fresh wheel designs complement new exterior paint, wheel, and interior trim options. Audi has also introduced the new 2024 RS 6 Avant Performance specialty model. The automaker has massaged its turbocharged 4.0-liter V8 to offer 621 horsepower and 627 pound-feet of torque. Audi says it has lightened the car to deliver zero-to-60-mph sprints of just 3.3 seconds.
The 2024 changes to the A7 model line include revised exteriors, enhanced infotainment offerings, and added standard equipment. Audi has given the A7 and S7 honeycomb front grilles plus five new wheel designs. Changes also include four new exterior colors and two new interior inlays. Remote engine start via the Audi Connect app is now available, as is a new adaptive cruise assist display on Premium trims. The latter is standard across Premium Plus and higher trim levels. The new 2024 RS 7 Performance uses the same powertrain as the RS 6 Performance described earlier.
In the wake of a 2022 mid-cycle refresh, the flagship Audi A8 and S8 get the most minor of minor changes for 2024. Sebring Black crystal-effect paint replaces Vesuvius Gray metallic exterior paint while all other exterior colors carry over from the previous model year. On the connectivity front, all A8 trims get a 6-month trial subscription to Audi Connect Plus, which provides remote-start functionality and access to the new Audi app store.
Power steering plus, LED interior lighting plus, and illuminated doorsill inlays are now standard on all 2024 Audi E-tron GT and RS E-tron GT variants. They are among the few minor changes to the electric performance vehicles for 2024. Prestige trim E-tron GTs get HD Matrix-design LED headlights with Audi laser light and a Dinamica headliner. All of that is standard across the RS E-tron GT lineup.
Audi mildly revises the Q3 for 2024 with added standard adaptive cruise assist and the availability of a wireless phone charging pad. It also integrates the Convenience package's HomeLink functionality into the rearview mirror. On the exterior color front, Audi discontinues Turbo Blue, and Progressive Red replaces Tango Red.
For model-year 2024, the Q4 E-tron and Q4 E-tron Sportback get some new standard and optional items. Audi also equips all 2024 Q4 E-tron models with adaptive cruise assist with lane guidance. Both Q4 E-tron and Q4 E-tron Sportback also get steering wheel paddles to select different regeneration levels.
Audi adds active lane assist, a heated steering wheel with hands-on detection, and RES via myAudi app to the Q5, Q5 Sportback, and SQ5. Q5 plug-in hybrid drivers must settle for active lane assist and the heated wheel—no RES for them. The Q5 40 adds a Black Optic package with black exterior trim and roof rails, optional on Premium Plus and Prestige trim levels. New for 2024, an enhanced Black Optic Plus package is available for the Q5 45, Q5 55, and Q5 45 Sportback. It includes black Audi rings and model badge, black exterior trim, high-gloss rear diffuser, front spoiler and air intakes, black headliner, perforated leather steering wheel with S badge, red brake calipers, black roof rails, and dark headlight treatment.
For 2024, the Q7 45, Q7 55, and SQ7 get adaptive cruise assist standard on all models. Remote start is now available through the Audi Connect app. The Executive package, optional on Premium Plus trim levels and higher, adds traffic-sign recognition. A multi-color ambient LED interior lighting package is now standard on Premium Plus and higher trims. Buyers can also now equip the 2024 Q7 55 Prestige with a special S line Sport package with 21-inch 5-spoke blade design wheels. HD Matrix-design LED headlamps with Audi laser light and a Dinamica headliner are now optional on the 2024 Q7 Prestige.
As of this writing, Audi has yet to release official information for the 2024 Q8.
For 2024, the Audi Q8 E-tron (first introduced and formerly known simply as the Audi E-tron) gets increased driving range, more power, and faster charging capabilities. Audi also upgrades the crossover EV's driving dynamics, including quicker acceleration. Aerodynamic advancements accompany improvements to both battery cell chemistry and packaging. The automaker increased the capacity of the battery pack to 114 kWh. According to Audi, redesigned steering hardware and suspension software sharpen the 2024 Q8 E-tron's responsiveness.
