The JD Power Home Improvement Retailer Satisfaction Study measures key drivers of satisfaction among customers who purchased home improvement-related products from a home improvement retailer. The overall customer experience is based on eight key drivers of satisfaction: additional services; digital tools; level of trust; people; products/supplies; return policy/process; store/facility; and value given price paid.
