Connected car technology enables vehicles to become digital entities. Features such as Lexus Service Connect will transform car ownership into a more proactive experience. Offered as part of Lexus Drive Connect, the latest-generation Lexus multimedia platform, Lexus Service Connect enables real-time monitoring of the vehicle, providing owners with important data on its status and condition.

At its core, Service Connect continuously monitors the vehicle's condition across all major systems using diagnostic computers and in-car sensors. If the system detects anything noteworthy, whether it is a problem, an upgrade, or a maintenance notice, it will alert the vehicle's owner via the Lexus App or the Lexus Drivers website. The owner can view this data, and if opted in, the preferred local Lexus dealer will receive the same notifications.
Lexus Service Connect has three main areas of functionality and monitoring:
The availability of the Lexus Service Connect subscription depends on your vehicle's model year. For later models with the Lexus interface manufactured after 2023, Service Connect comes with a 10-year complimentary trial subscription. However, models manufactured from 2016 to 2022 offer only a three-year trial subscription. The subscription can be renewed via the Lexus App or the Lexus Drivers website after the trial period expires.
The Lexus Service Connect system benefits car owners by providing a smarter, more efficient way to manage vehicle maintenance to stay proactive and informed about the vehicle's condition. In a broader sense, Lexus Service Connect addresses the convenience, dependability, and evolving expectations of vehicle ownership.
