Chrysler remains the family-oriented brand of the Stellantis portfolio with its lineup of two minivans and a large sedan. The 2022 Chrysler lineup offers more standard infotainment technologies and comfort amenities, including an enhanced cabin air filtration system. The award-winning Pacifica minivan receives the most year-over-year updates.
The rear-wheel-drive Chrysler 300 sedan is available in Touring, Touring L, and 300S. All-wheel drive remains available only on the Touring and Touring L trim levels. A new air filtration system, which removes 95 percent of air particulates within the cabin, is standard across the lineup.
The mid-level 300 Touring L bumps up its standard content to include the Sport Appearance package with “Black Noise” exterior badging, 20-inch Black Noise alloy wheels, a performance front fascia, and LED fog lamps. Newly standard for the 300S is Uconnect navigation, a 9-speaker premium sound system, and a dual-pane power sunroof. The optional Comfort Group adds a deluxe security alarm. The package is available on the 300 Touring L and 300S.
Standard across the Pacifica lineup is a new rear-seat reminder system and in-cabin air filtration system. Pacifica Hybrid models feature a new Max Regeneration visual message within the cluster display. Amazon Fire TV is available for all Pacifica models, and a new color, Silver Mist, is added to the paint color palette. By trim, the majority of the updates are additional features to respective option packages.
Heated front seats and a heated steering wheel are new for the Cold Weather package available to the entry-level Touring. Forward and parallel parking assistance plus a 360-degree surround-view monitor have been added to the Safety Sphere package available on the Touring L. For the Limited trim, Premium and Safety Sphere packages are now standard equipment. The already-loaded Pacifica Pinnacle adds the Trailer Tow package as standard on gas-powered models.
For 2022, the Chrysler Voyager drops its entry-level L trim and becomes a fleet-only model. The sole LX trim is features-laden, however, and with a value-oriented price point. Now standard is Uconnect 5, second-row Stow ‘n Go seats, power-sliding doors and liftgate, an inflatable spare tire kit, a heated steering wheel, heated front seats, and a new cabin air filter system.
New options include a Silver Mist exterior color and a Safety and Premium package that features blind-spot warning, rear park assist, rear cross-traffic alert, forward-collision warning with pedestrian detection, a 10.1-inch display, and navigation as well as SiriusXM 360L and SiriusXM Guardian remote vehicle access and safety services.
