New for 2019:Cadillac

For the 2019 model year, Cadillac introduces a new small SUV called the XT4 and makes changes to its flagship CT6 sedan, including the debut of a new V-branded performance model. The small ATS sedan is dropped, leaving the ATS coupe. Cadillac also winds down the ATS-V and CTS-V with limited-production Pedestal Edition models. Several Cadillacs also get a next-generation infotainment system for 2019.

2019 Cadillac ATS

  • Final year for Cadillac’s BMW 3 Series fighter
  • Sedan body style is cancelled, leaving the ATS Coupe
  • ATS-V Coupe gains Carbon Fiber package exterior treatment as standard equipment
  • Pedestal Edition limited-production run of high-powered ATS-V Coupe debuts, wearing special Bronze Sand paint with Black Chrome grille and trim, After Midnight wheel finish, and red Brembo brake calipers
  • Pedestal Edition equipped with Recaro sport seats in Jet Black premium leather with Light Wheat micro-suede inserts, carbon fiber trim, and performance data recorder system with Cosworth Toolbox driver-analysis software
  • Next-generation Cadillac User Experience infotainment system is available

2019 Cadillac CT6

  • Reworked styling with cues from Cadillac Escala concept vehicle
  • New CT6-V performance model debuts, while plug-in hybrid is cancelled
  • CT6-V equipped with new Blackwing twin-turbocharged, 4.2-liter V-8 engine making an estimated 550 horsepower and 627 lb.-ft. of torque
  • CT6-V equipped with 10-speed automatic transmission; all-wheel drive (AWD); mechanical limited-slip differential; and special steering, braking, suspension, and exhaust tuning
  • Other CT6 variants adopt new Luxury and Sport trim designations
  • All CT6s have next-generation, cloud-based Cadillac User Experience infotainment system offering a 10-in. touch screen, new hard controls, faster response, improved voice recognition, greater personalization, and upgraded wireless charging
  • Next-generation rear camera mirror with frameless design, zoom, and tilt capability
  • New Surround Vision Recorder provides 360 degrees of recording if the security system is activated; records front and rear views while driving
  • New rear pedestrian-detection system debuts

2019 Cadillac CTS

  • Pedestal Edition version of the CTS-V debuts with Bronze Sand paint, Black Chrome grille surround and trim, After Midnight wheel finish, Carbon Fiber package, and red Brembo brake calipers
  • Inside, the Pedestal Edition CTS-V has Jet Black premium leather with Light Wheat micro-suede seat inserts, carbon fiver trim, performance data recorder with Cosworth Toolbox driver-analysis software, and a rear camera mirror
  • Next-generation Cadillac User Experience infotainment system is available

2019 Cadillac Escalade/Escalade ESV

  • Hands-free liftgate adds illuminated Cadillac logo
  • New exterior paint colors: Shadow and Manhattan Noir

2019 Cadillac XT4

  • New small crossover SUV
  • Luxury, Premium, and Sport trim levels
  • New turbocharged, 2.0-liter 4-cylinder engine with cylinder deactivation makes 237 horsepower and 258 lb.-ft. of torque
  • 9-speed automatic transmission driving the front or all four wheels
  • Available twin-clutch AWD system with driveline-decoupling function
  • Available active sport suspension with continuous damping
  • Next-generation Cadillac User Experience infotainment system
  • Available 15-watt wireless-device charging, interior air ionizer, HD surround vision camera system, rear camera mirror technology, and a hands-free power tailgate
  • First Cadillac with Near-Field Communication technology
  • Driver-assistance and collision-avoidance technologies contained in Driver Awareness, Driver Assist, and Enhanced Visibility option packages
  • Cargo space measures 22.5 cu. ft. behind the rear seat and 48.9 cu. ft. with the rear seat folded down

  • New, more powerful wireless-device charger
  • Platinum trim swaps simulated suede trim on dashboard for leather
  • New interior color: Kona Brown with Sapele wood
  • New exterior paint colors: Shadow, Red Horizon, Dark Mocha, and Manhattan Noir
