2013 SLS AMG GT

For 2013, Mercedes-Benz has replaced the SLS AMG with the SLS AMG GT. The new model boasts 20 more horsepower from its 6.2L V8, for a 583-hp total, while torque remains unchanged at 479 ft-lb. The suspension is also revised with stiffer springs and dampers, which gives the already-grippy SLS an even more planted and responsive feel. "Comfort" mode has been dropped from the AMG Ride Control system, leaving only "Sport" and "Sport +." Finally, the 7-speed automatic gearbox has been recalibrated to quicken shift times both going up and coming down the gears. Inside, subtle changes include red seat belts and red stitching on the steering wheel and dashboard. Quilted leather seats are optional.
