About QX60 Hybrid

Starting in 2014, premium brand INFINITI began offered a gasoline/electric hybrid version of their seven-passenger crossover vehicle. An impressive mix of luxury, efficiency and practicality, the INFINITI QX60 Hybrid was introduced with front-wheel drive or all-wheel drive configurations. Projected with fuel economy 24 percent greater than the conventional gasoline-powered INFINITI QX60, the 2014 INFINITI QX60 Hybrid operated with the combination of a supercharged 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine and an electric motor powered through a lithium-ion battery pack. Generating 250 horsepower of total net system performance, the INFINITI Direct Response Hybrid allowed the crossover to travel 26 miles on a gallon of fuel through combined city and highway driving. Despite the addition of the hybrid powertrain, there was no reduction in passenger or cargo space to the INFINITI three-row crossover. The 2016 INFINITI QX60 Hybrid received a mild cosmetic refresh exhibiting the luxury brand's new design language and an improved ride while 2017 included a revised Theater Package featuring enlarged rear screens.
