New for 2019:Genesis

Hyundai Motor Company’s luxury brand, Genesis, adds a new model to the lineup for 2019. The new G70 is a compact luxury sport sedan in the mold of the BMW 3 Series, engineered by former employees of that Bavarian automaker. The midsize G80 adds a new 3.8 Sport version for 2019, while the flagship G90 is unchanged from 2018.

Detailed changes for each 2019 Genesis car model are shown below, listed in alphabetical order.

2019 Genesis G70

New compact luxury sport sedan
Standard turbocharged, 2.0-liter 4-cylinder engine
Available twin-turbocharged, 3.3-liter V-6 engine
6-speed manual or 8-speed automatic transmission
Rear-wheel or all-wheel drive
Standard, Elite, Dynamic, Prestige, and Sport option packages
Three years of complimentary maintenance, service valet, and Genesis Connected Services

2019 Genesis G80

New 3.8 Sport package debuts with unique styling details, 19-in. wheels, sport pedals, and a sport steering wheel
Improved infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto

2019 Genesis G90

Genesis makes no changes to its flagship G90 sedan for 2019
