For 2008, all four models in the Jaguar product line have undergone some noticeable modification. The exterior of both the S-Type and XJ sedan have been refreshed. As well as a new grille and front bumper on the 2008 XJ sedan, side vents previously worn on the Super V8 Portfolio were expanded to all models. The 2008 Jaguar S-Type restyling is more subdued limited to a sportier looking front bumper and standard 18-inch alloy wheels. A Satin Edition version of the S-Type is being used to bid farewell to the mid-sized sedan scheduled for replacement in 2009. S-Type Satin Edition is offered in five exterior colors and feature Satin Mahogany veneers in the cabin. Similar to the base S-Type, additional standard equipment is also found on the X-Type for 2008. Rain-sensing windshield wipers and 10-way power adjustable front seats is now included for no extra cost on the 2008 Jaguar X-Type. On the Jaguar XK convertible for 2008, four colors are available for the soft-top roof.
