The rear-wheel drive 2007 Jaguar XK is larger than its predecessor but is actually considerably lighter thanks to the extensive use of aluminum construction. Available as a coupe and convertible once again, the 2007 XK features a 300-horsepower 4.2-liter V-8 engine or a supercharged 420-horsepower with the XKR. The standard feature list of all 2007 S-Type sedans has been inflated with the addition of items such as front heated seats and power adjustable pedals. For an extra level of driving safety is included on the 2007 Jaguar X-Type with Dynamic Stability Control becoming standard equipment. Moonroof has been added to all X-Type Sedans for 2007 while the X-Type wagon is now outfitted with new standard reverse park control and rain-sensing windshield wipers. The Jaguar XJ sedan is left largely unchanged for 2007.
