2019 A-Class

The Mercedes-Benz A-Class is a brand-new model for 2019, slotting in just below the CLA coupe at the bottom of Mercedes' lineup for this year. While the CLA rides on an older platform and has its interior space is slightly compromised by the swoopy roofline and coupe-like proportions, the A-Class sedan rides on a new platform and is a true sedan with plenty of space in the back seats. Despite this, Mercedes-Benz has done some spectacular work on the new A-Class styling; it's presents as both stylish and sporty and aimed right at younger buyers looking to make their first foray into the luxury sedan market.

About GLK

Becoming the fourth active Mercedes-Benz badged sport utility vehicle sold in the United States for the 2010 model year, the GLK-Class was positioned at the entry-level of the premium brand's product portfolio. Almost 10 inches shorter in overall length than the M-Class, the Mercedes-Benz GLK-Class's compact physique maintained ample luxury equipment such as dual-zone climate control and welcoming cabin trim. Standard roof rails and 7.9 inches of ground clearance provided functionality for the small luxury utility. Offered as a rear-wheel drive or 4Matic all-wheel drive, the GLK350 powered by a 3.5-liter gasoline V-6 engine mounted to a seven-speed automatic transmission was the sole available version of the Mercedes-Benz compact sport utility between 2010 and 2012. 2013 featured updated styling to the GLK-Class that added LED daytime running lights and rear taillights. The 2013 model year also included the introduction of a Mercedes-Benz GLK250 powered by a 2.1-liter BlueTEC diesel producing 369 pound-feet of torque. After 2015, the Mercedes-Benz GLK-Class would be rebranded as the GLC-Class.
