About Cascada

Originally launched in Europe as under General Motors' Opel brand, the Buick Cascada arrives in 2016 as a 2+2 passenger convertible. Buick's first convertible since 1991 and their first production two-door since dropping the Riviera in 1999, the Cascada squarely focuses on fostering a more personalized form of luxury. Incorporating a power-operated soft top that can open in 17 seconds, the Cascada's roof can deploy at speeds of up to 31 miles per hour. A full array of premium equipment such as HID headlights with LED daytime running lights, heated front seats, dual-zone climate control and OnStar 4G LTE with Wi-Fi hotspot is standard. The Buick Cascada also promotes a well-developed suspension that includes HiPer Struts at the front. Engine power for the Buick Cascada is supplied through a direct-injected and turbocharged 1.6-liter four-cylinder powerplant channeled through a six-speed automatic transmission. The 2016 Buick Cascada is a direct competitor to BMW 4 Series convertible and the Audi A3 Cabriolet.
