GMC offers a handful of truck models for the 2016 model year. There’s the mid-size Canyon, the full-size Sierra, and heavy-duty Sierra models. The Canyon is available with four-cylinder or V-6 power, as well as a diesel engine option that’s new for 2016, has two-wheel or four-wheel drive, and has either a six-speed manual or six-speed automatic transmission, depending on trim, configuration, and engine. The truck is also available with a 4G LTE hotspot. The Sierra, which is restyled for 2016, offers three cab configurations, V-6 and V-8 power, and six- or eight-speed automatic transmissions. The eight-speed automatic transmission is now available with the smaller 5.3-liter V-8 on certain trims, and the Sierra adds new safety and connectivity features. The HD version gets some upgrades, as well. Like with the Canyon, a 4G LTE hotspot is available on the Siera, and the Denali is the luxury trim version.
