The rebranding continues with the debut of the Corsair, the automaker’s replacement for the MKC. The new vehicle has the same engines with the addition of a plug-in hybrid later in the model year. The base is a 285-horsepower, 2.3-liter, four-cylinder turbocharged engine. Among the standard goodies is the Sync 3 infotainment system. Other notable add-ons are ”Perfect Position" seats with 24 power adjustments and smartphone integration. The automaker pays due tribute to the Continental with an 80th-anniversary edition. It has wireless phone charging and a plush interior upgrade in its roomy cabin. The 2020 Aviator steals the center stage with a 400-horsepower, 3.0-liter V6 engine and a slew of luxury standard features including smart device integration with a Phone-As-A-Key option and a 10-speaker sound system. And how many vehicles can boast of alert chimes recorded by the Detroit Symphony Orchestra? The manufacturer will offer a plug-in hybrid version too.
