INFINITI gains a pair of all-new vehicles for 2017. Reacting to a growing compact luxury crossover market that Mercedes-Benz and BMW both inhabit, INFINITI launches the QX30 in 2017. A boldly styled "premium active crossover" according to the automaker, the 2017 INFINITI QX30 debuts with the choice of front-wheel drive or all-wheel drive. The second new product in the 2017 INFINITI lineup consists of the return for the Q60 nameplate. More chiseled lines define the exterior of the sport coupe that is wider and lower than its predecessor. Both new additions to the 2017 INFINITI lineup are propelled by a 208-horsepower turbocharged four-cylinder engine first appearing on the Q50 sedan in 2016. On the 2017 INFINITI Q50, 2.0t Sport and 2.0t Sport AWD trim models now pair 19-inch aluminum alloy wheels, magnesium paddle shifter as well as performance-minded leather seating with the base powerplant. The INFINITI Q60 offers a set of optional 3.0-liter twin-turbocharged V-6 engines available with 300 horsepower and 400 horsepower. The INFINITI QX60 crossover vehicle enjoys a 30-horsepower boost from the standard 3.5-liter V-6 engine for 2017 totaling 295 horsepower. Other noticeable changes made to the 2017 INFINITI lineup include a Premium Select Edition to the long wheelbase Q70 and a revised front grille for the QX70.
