Offering cars, sport utility vehicles, trucks and a minivan, Nissan enters into another new vehicle category in North America for 2012. With sights set on businesses and enterprises, Nissan debuts the NV line of full-sized work vans. Offered in three capacity ranges, the 2012 Nissan NV line is offered in several roof heights and can be propelled by V-6 or V-8 engine power. Nissan's smaller Versa Sedan receives a complete redesign for 2012. Slightly smaller than its predecessor, the new Nissan Versa Sedan is powered by a new 1.6-liter engine. Flexible fuel compatibility has been added to the 5.6-liter V-8 powered Nissan Armada and Nissan Titan allowing E85 blended fuel to be substituted for gasoline. On Nissan's top prestige vehicle, the GT-R supercar, engine output explodes from 485 to 530 horsepower. The outer shell of the 2012 Nissan GT-R has also been modified for greater downforce.
