The 2007 Pontiac Solstice GXP model is propelled by a turbocharged 2.0-liter Ecotec four-cylinder engine that feeds 260 horsepower to the car's rear wheels. Taking the place of the Sunfire, the all-new Pontiac G5 is delivered in 2007 only as a two-door coupe. In its second year on the market, the Pontiac Torrent receives a more robust level of standard safety equipment for 2007 with traction control, four-wheel disc brakes and anti-lock braking system. The Pontiac Vibe loses its available all-wheel drive system for 2007 leaving just a front-wheel drivetrain.
