The complete Cadillac Escalade model range has been refreshed for 2007. Along with a more robust luxury appearance, the 2007 Escalade line-up includes side curtain airbags and power-adjustable pedals. In addition to the regular-length Escalade, the extended length ESV and truck-like EXT both return with the updated design. An all-new 6.2-liter V-8 engine generates 403 horsepower and features the use of variable valve timing. Minor changes are found in the remaining Cadillac line-up for 2007. A six-speed automatic transmission is included on the entire line-up of the 2007 Cadillac STS sedan and XLR retractable hardtop convertible. Chrome wheels have been promoted to the standard equipment line on the DTS. For 2007, the flagship Cadillac sedan grows with the inclusion of an all-new DTS-L version built for the limousine and executive car industry.
