Subaru Ratings, Reviews and Awards

Subaru’s reliable brand has returned with some upgrades to its cars for the 2018 lineup. First, the Impreza has been refactored into two separate options: sedan or hatchback. Both are equipped with the new 152 hp direct injection BOXER engine which enables AWD for up to 38 mpg highway gas efficiency. Subaru’s other sedan, the Legacy, has been upgraded with Lineartronic CVT and a 6-cylinder BOXER engine as well. EyeSight driver awareness technology has also been added and improved in several ways, including a blind-spot detector. The Subaru Crosstrek makes another appearance in 2018, flaunting its 33 mpg highway fuel efficiency, new Lineartronic CVT, and 70% improved body rigidity over prior years owing to its new steel skeleton. The Crosstrek also features vehicle dynamics control with active torque vectoring which makes driving on rough terrain more responsive. The interior has a few new cushioned areas and retains its professional appearance.
