2014 Subaru BRZ ratings and reviews

Subaru isn’t known for creating sports cars, but the BRZ proves that it can. The 2014 BRZ carries over mostly unchanged from its previous year, but the energetic beauty remains as competitive as ever with two trim levels and plenty of standard features. The entry-level Premium comes with LED running lights, cruise control, air conditioning, Bluetooth, navigation, summer tires, HID headlights, sport-tuned suspension, and an 8-speaker sound system. Limited then adds a trunk spoiler, fog lights, heated front seats, heated mirrors, dual-zone automatic climate control, push-button start, and Alcantara and leather seat inserts. Both trims are powered by the same engine, a 2.0-liter four-cylinder with 151 lb-ft of torque and 200 horsepower mated to a six-speed manual transmission. An automatic is optional and gives a boost to the BRZ’s fuel range for up to 25 mpg in the city and 34 mpg on the highway.
