2019 600LT

The McLaren 600LT is a brand-new car from the company for the 2019 model year. McLaren divides their model lineup into three basic categories: the Ultimate Series, the Super Series and the Sports Series, each with slightly less performance than the last and with prices decreasing accordingly. The 600LT then, is a member of the Sports series and thus costs less and offers a little less horsepower than anything in the Super or Ultimate Series. However, within the Sports Series, the 600LT is top dog, making more horsepower than either the 570S or the 570GT, while also getting a more track focused suspension and a few styling tweaks to increase downforce.

About 675LT

Aiming to build an even better-performing supercar than their 650S, McLaren push to create a more athletic vehicle resulted in the 675LT. While the 650S served as the basis of the 675LT, extensive engineering committed by McLaren to improve all-around performance for the vehicle was inspired by the McLaren F1 GTR ‘longtail'. The McLaren 675LT features a series of weight-saving measures thanks to the increased use of carbon fiber, lighter alloy wheels and thinner glass. Aerodynamics has been tweaked for greater downforce and a larger airbrake to aid slowing down. High-performance carbon fiber brakes, Pirelli P-Zero Trofeo R tires as well as uniquely-tuned suspension derived from the P1 hybrid supercar insures the 675LT is intimately connected with the ground for superior handling. The McLaren 675LT uses the same twin-turbocharged 3.8-liter V-8 engine as the one found on the 650S. However, the performance level has been bumped up to 666 horsepower and 516 pound-feet of torque. Capable of running from 0 to 124 miles per hour in 7.9 seconds, the 205-mile per hour McLaren 675LT touts exceptional track record-challenging momentum. Production of the McLaren 675LT was limited to 500 examples.
