2011 Evora

After debuting as an all-new model for 2010, the Lotus Evora returns mostly unchanged for 2011. A new supercharged S version is available, bumping the power of the base model's 3.5L V6 to 345 horsepower, and a new IPS (Intelligent Precision Shift) version mates the base-level engine with an all-new paddle-shifted 6-speed automatic transmission. The Evora's rear seat can now also be deleted.

2010 Evora

The Lotus Evora is all-new for 2010, and much anticipated by sports car aficionados. It is larger than its Lotus stablemates, thanks to the addition of two small rear seats -- something you won't find in an Exige or Elise. Larger is a relative term when talking about Lotus, though, as the car still only weighs about 3000 pounds and stands about 48 inches tall. With a Toyota-sourced aluminum V6 under the hood, the Evora can turn in 0-60 mph times in under 5 seconds.

About Evora

In 2010, Lotus introduced the Evora, the only sports car that offered seating for four passengers while boasting a mid-engine. It delivered precision handling, audacious acceleration and cramped seating for two in the back. It was powered by a 3.5-liter V6 engine that was rated at 276 horsepower. In 2011, Lotus introduced a beefed up Evora S model, and offered an optional automatic transmission as well as optional heated seats and faux-suede seating. The Evora saw no major changes for 2012 or 2013.
