Furthermore, it has the most powerful engine in its class, with a bit more pulling power than most people would expect from a crossover of this size. Its main competitors in the subcompact SUV segment are the Chevy Trailblazer, Chevy's Trax and Buick Encore GX, with other desirable alternatives outside the GM network which include the Hyundai Kona and Kia Soul.
