Eligibility: Allowable APR on Cadillac Financial finance contracts may exceed the Cadillac Financial buy rate as follows: Up to 1.0 percentage point (payment based on dealers existing standard rate participation election). Contracts with 60 or fewer monthly payments are excluded for all LYRIQ (excluding V), OPTIQ (excluding V), VISTIQ, 25MY CT4, 25MY CT5 (excluding 1SV), 25MY ESCALADE IQ, 25MY XT5, and 25MY XT6 models. Contracts with 48 or fewer monthly payments are excluded for all other models. Dealer flat pay finance income will only be paid where the APR does not exceed the Cadillac Financial buy rates.
