Its standard 2.0L engine can deliver a combined 27 mpg, but the turbo 1.6L is even better; it offers serious driving performance while achieving 29 mpg in mixed driving. A strong standard feature list will impress any small-car buyer, and its impressive set of safety equipment will impress all buyers. Starting at around $17,500 the Soul is an impressive value.
