The automaker’s entire line of vans gets the star treatment this model year. The ProMaster gets Bluetooth connectivity and a backup camera now standard with the Base and Low Roof trim levels. The 1500 keeps its 280-hp, 3.6-liter V6 engine with a six-speed automatic transmission and front-wheel drive. The 2500 sits tight with its one trim and a 280-horsepower, 3.6-liter V6 in either a 136-inch or 159-inch wheelbase. The 3500 stays the same with a like powertrain. The ProMaster City gets the rearview device too along with an updated stereo system. A four-speaker version comes out of the box with a free 12-month trial subscription with the purchase of a SiriusXM AM/FM/Satellite option. The vehicle stays true to its name with its fuel-efficient 178-horsepower, 2.4-liter, four-cylinder power plant with a nine-speed automatic transmission. Most of them are poised for a makeover next year with few other changes evident.
