Introducing a new generation Acadia last year, GMC's 2018 model year features a redesigned version of their compact Terrain. Boldly restyled with an aggressively sculpted exterior embodying the latest design language of GMC vehicles, the 2018 Terrain is offered with three engine choices including a new turbocharged diesel. Aluminum and soft-touch materials are included within the cabin area of the GMC Terrain where occupants travel in comfort thanks to active noise cancellation. Existing in its sophomore year since its re-engineering, the 2018 GMC Acadia is available in a new All Terrain package. Attached to the SLE and SLT trim levels, All Terrain package enhancements include a body-color matching grille surround, dark chrome trim and special wheels. An automatic heated steering wheel is added to the high-end Acadia Denali. The Denali version of the GMC Yukon and Yukon XL receives a new 10-speed automatic transmission to complement its 6.2-liter V-8 engine. The Acadia as well as the truck-based Yukon models gain a tire pressure monitoring system with a new tire fill alert function.
