The 2018 Ford van offerings consist of the Transit and Transit Connect. The Transit Connect caters to the urban driver who wants convenient sizing for transporting passengers or cargo and weaving in and out of traffic. The Transit Connect returns mostly unchanged for the model year, still offering both passenger and cargo configurations plus regular and long-wheelbase versions for seating for up to seven, a minivan style with sliding doors, three trim levels, and standard features like vinyl upholstery, air conditioning, keyless entry, overhead cargo storage, and power front windows and door locks. The Transit, a work van that’s also available in passenger or cargo body styles, welcomes a few new additions to its lineup. Drivers can opt for a new Stone Gray exterior paint, a heavy-duty cargo flooring add-on, and a forged alloy rear-wheel package. Other small updates include a higher-placed rearview camera mount, a revised parking brake, and an upgraded Bluetooth system.
