Toyota has two entries in the pickup truck class – the Tacoma and the Tundra. The Tacoma is a mid-size truck that offers four-cylinder or V-6 power, with a manual or automatic transmission and rear- or four-wheel drive, while the Tundra is a full-size truck. For 2016, the Tacoma has a new look, a new V-6 engine, and new transmission and suspension tuning, along with new features. The Tundra offers V-8 power, in this case a choice of either a 4.6-liter or a 5.7-liter. The Tundra gets updates to its multimedia suite and a new trailer-brake control system for 2016. Both trucks offer off-road focused trims.
