Inside you’ll get 26 cubic feet of storage space behind the rear seats and almost 80 cubic feet of total cargo space. And you’ll always be connected with the available AcuraLink technology. Stream your internet media check emails and texts and even lock and unlock your doors remotely. Make a bold statement in your RDX by choosing from a variety of exterior colors with jewel-eye LED headlights 18-inch polished wheels or choose the luxurious advance package with all-wheel drive. Technology
With available AcuraLink the RDX keeps you connected to the world. Access the internet check emails and texts lock and unlock doors remotely and get directions or make reservations. The new RDX features a whole host of available and standard safety features. It starts with the body. An Advanced Compatibility Engineering body structure design distributes frontal crash energy evenly throughout the front of the vehicle. Reducing the forces transferred to the occupants. When combined with other innovative safety technologies like Lane Keeping Assist Collision Mitigating Brakes and the Blind Spot Information System the RDX has your safety constantly in mind.
Performance
You’ll get immediate response every time you hit the accelerator courtesy of a 3.5-liter i-VTEC engine pumping out a powerful 279 horsepower and 252 pound-feet of torque. Its all-aluminum construction further improves handling by lightening the powerplant. Steering wheel-mounted paddle shifters have 2 modes. Drive mode makes quick gear changes and then returns to automatic operation once a steady speed is reached. Sport mode puts you in full manual control. Once up to highway cruising speeds Variable Cylinder Management takes over enabling the RDX to run on three cylinders for dramatically improved fuel-efficiency.
