2016 GMC Terrain ratings and reviews

The 2016 GMC Terrain compact crossover SUV gets a slightly updated look for the new model year, including the option of LED daytime running lights on higher level trims. New optional features for 2016 include Rear Cross Traffic Alert and Side Blind Zone Alert. Also new for 2016 is the base level trim, the SL, which offers very little in the way of standard features. The next trim up, the SLE, offers a rearview camera, 17-inch wheels, heated exterior mirrors, Bluetooth, and OnStar with 4G LTE connectivity. To expand room in the back of the SUV, it's possible to slide the rear seat back up to eight inches. Higher level trims offer some extra features, including a navigation system, forward-collision alert, and lane-departure warning. The standard engine is a 2.4-liter four-cylinder engine while a 3.6-liter V6 is available on the SLE-2, SLT, and Denali trims.
