2010 Saab Ratings, Reviews and Awards

2010 proved to be a shaky year for the German automobile manufacturer Saab. Part of the General Motors brand for 10 years, the company was sold to Spyker, a Swedish sports car manufacturer, at the beginning of the new decade. Though the 2010 lineup is much smaller than in previous years, it does feature two updated designs. The Saab 9-3 has an all-new updated luxury exterior. It's available in three different body types for the 2010 model year. Two of these feature a 2.0L 4-cylinder engine while the last, the Aero, features a 2.8L 6-cylinder engine capable of producing up to 280 horsepower. The 2010 Saab 9-3 also comes with a host of new safety features. Saab's other 2010 model, the 9-5, also sports many new updates. It comes with several new interior and exterior styling changes. Other highlights of mention are the powerful new 300-horsepower V6 turbocharged engine. Noticeably absent from the Saab lineup is the 9-7X, Saab's flagship sports utility vehicle.
