Acura`s RL flagship sedan is an all-new vehicle for 2005. Redesigned with the brand`s five-sided grille, the 2005 Acura RL is constructed around the company`s new Advanced Compatibility Engineering (ACE) body structure designed for greater occupant protection in a case of a crash. The RL will premiere Acura`s new Super Handling All-Wheel Drive system and is the first vehicle sold in the United States with a standard, factory-installed traffic information system. A mild power boost to the 2005 Acura RSX Type S generating 210 horsepower from its i-VTEC engine. Receiving updated styling, an improved suspension as well as tailoring for better rigidity and reduced noise is built into all 2005 Acura RSX. Technology equipment on the Acura MDX is upgraded with the addition of XM satellite radio on all models and a revised optional navigation system. The final production run of the Acura NSX is planned for 2005.
