Seller's Notes
FULL TRANSPARENCY OVER 22,000 VEHICLES SOLDThis van carries two title brands. Both are in the first section, not the last.2024 FORD TRANSIT 350 XL 12-PASSENGER MEDIUM ROOFTwelve seats, a two-year-old Transit in Oxford White, 3.5-liter PFDI V6 with the 10-speed automatic, HD trailer tow, running board, privacy glass, and a $59,385 original window sticker on file. Two keys. It has also been rebuilt from a total loss and carries a Not Actual Mileage brand you need both facts before reading another word. TITLE BRANDS READ THIS BEFORE ANYTHING ELSEThis vehicle carries a REBUILT title and a NOT ACTUAL MILEAGE odometer brand. On 05/01/2026 an accident was reported with damage to the front, disabling damage, and the van was towed. On 07/23/2026 an insurer declared it a total loss and Pennsylvania issued both a salvage certificate and a Not Actual Mileage title. We have since repaired it, passed Georgia inspection, and a Georgia rebuilt title has been issued.Exactly what that means for you: Both brands are permanent. They follow this van forever and appear on any history report the next buyer runs. Financing and insurance are harder. Some lenders decline branded titles outright; some insurers write liability but not comprehensive or collision. Check with your lender and insurer before you commit not after. Resale is lower, permanently. You'll sell this van for less than a clean-title equivalent, and that discount is in what we're asking. You buy it going in and accept it going out. All Ford factory warranty is void. CARFAX reports basic, drivetrain, emissions, corrosion, roadside and safety restraint coverage voided by the manufacturer. The 3yr/36,000 and 5yr/60,000 coverages printed on the window sticker do not apply here, and we won't imply otherwise. CARFAX reports no structural damage and no airbag deployment with the accident. On a front-impact total loss that's meaningful, and it's why this van was worth rebuilding but no substitute for the inspection we're asking you to get. We'd rather you not buy this van than buy it without understanding it. If either brand is a dealbreaker, it should be we'll point you at something else on our lot. ABOUT THE MILEAGE WE CANNOT CERTIFY IT, AND WE WON'T PRETEND TOThe odometer reads 11,327. Because this vehicle carries a Not Actual Mileage title brand, that number cannot be represented as the van's true mileage not by us, not by anyone.A Not Actual Mileage brand is issued when a state DMV records that a vehicle's true mileage is unknown or unverifiable. CARFAX's last verified reading before the brand was 100 miles on 11/10/2025, and CARFAX states mileage reported after that is potentially unreliable. The van was titled new in November 2025 and damaged in May 2026, so roughly 11,000 miles is plausible for a passenger van but plausible is not verified, and we won't sell a number we can't stand behind. Treat 11,327 as an odometer reading, not a mileage guarantee. Every document you sign says the same. WHAT YOU'RE ACTUALLY GETTING Road tested over 400 miles by us after the rebuild. Not around the block. On a rebuilt vehicle that's the difference between 'it started' and 'we know how it drives' Passed Georgia inspection; Georgia rebuilt title issued OBDII scanned: all drive monitors completed, with no pending or stored trouble codes. Every readiness monitor has run and reported nothing cleared recently to mask a fault. The scan photo is in this listing's photos so you can read it yourself. On a rebuilt vehicle that screen is one of the few things that speaks for itself Fresh oil change by us No structural damage, no airbag deployment reported to CARFAX No open recalls reported to CARFAX. Ford did issue Customer Satisfaction Program 25N17 rear view camera replacement if required after dealer evaluation, free at any Ford dealer and worth asking about One owner before us, a Pennsylvania vehicle from new Two keys the window sticker shows the additional-keys option was ordered from the factory Original window sticker on file: $59,385 MSRP, Oxford White over Dark Palazzo Gray vinyl. We'll hand you a copy so you can see exactly how it was built REAL VALUE AND WHY THE BOOK NUMBERS DON'T APPLY HEREPublished guides for a 2024 Transit 350 XL passenger van say: J.D. Power Retail Book $46,250, Manheim Adjusted Retail Average $48,300, live market average $49,735, Kelley Blue Book Typical Listing Price $52,000.Every one describes a clean-title van with verified mileage. This is neither, so those figures aren't this van's value and we won't quote them as if they were. Industry data puts rebuilt-title vehicles roughly 20 to 40 below clean-title market, and a Not Actual Mileage brand stacks on top an unverifiable odometer narrows the buyer pool further. Applied honestly, that puts this van around $27,800 to $41,600. CARFAX's own History-Based Value lands at $39,610 and says it marks the van down for both brands we'd treat that as the op
