The Nissan Kicks rolls into 2021 with a couple changes the exterior has been refreshed, minor changes to the interior have been made and Apple CarPlay\Android Auto is now standard across all trims.

For 2020 the Nissan Kicks comes standard with Nissan's Safety Shield 360 technology suite. This new addition to the features list helps make the Kicks a safer and easier to drive vehicle by adding automatic emergency braking, a pedestrian detection system, a lane departure warning system, a blind spot warning system, rear cross traffic alert and a high beam assist function. In addition, 2020 models also get a rear door alert system, which should remind owners if they have left something in the back seat and attempted to walk away without it after reaching their destination.

The Nissan Kicks is a brand-new vehicle for 2018. The Kicks slots in below the Rogue Sport as the smallest and least-expensive crossover in Nissan's lineup. Nissan has aimed the Kicks squarely at younger urbanites who will take advantage of its smaller size and excellent fuel economy, but who still want something practical that can handle a gravel road from time to time.
