About Levante

Storied as a provider of finely-crafted, exotic performance vehicles since 1914, Maserati applied their fame trident badge to a radically new model for 2017. Maserati's first premium crossover vehicle, the Levante is a faithful adaptation of the Italian auto company's performance-based elegance. A 50:50 weight distribution and the lowest possible center of gravity are incorporated into the design insuring a sporty behavior accompanies the higher ground clearance ride. An active-air suspension and Maserati's Skyhook handling is equipped standard on the exclusively all-wheel drive 2017 Levante. Inside the five-passenger luxury-appointed cabin of the Maserati Levante is a collection of high-end materials such as Italian leather and carbon fiber pieces. Interaction with convenience controls is handled through an 8.4-inch touchscreen supported by a central control knob. Exploring the high echelons of luxury comfort, an available Zegna Package adds silk interior touches. Powered by a twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter V-6 engine, output is rated at 345 horsepower for the base 2017 Levante and 424 horsepower for the Levante S. The Maserati Levante is widely expected to add a high-performance turbocharged V-8 engine for the 2018 model year generating momentum within the mid-500 horsepower range.
