Lexus only made minor changes to the RX lineup in 2026 by making the Appearance package available on the F SPORT trims, which adds 21-inch 5-spoke wheels with black finish, black interior trim, orange brake calipers, gray interior switches, illuminated door sills, and side puddle lamps. The premium trim has also been added to the RX 450h trim which gives the model a better price point.
