Lexus only made minor changes to the RX lineup in 2026 by making the Appearance package available on the F SPORT trims, which adds 21-inch 5-spoke wheels with black finish, black interior trim, orange brake calipers, gray interior switches, illuminated door sills, and side puddle lamps. The premium trim has also been added to the RX 450h trim which gives the model a better price point.

The interior is all-new as well and more user friendly. The model's powertrain has been revamped as well, and the 3.5L V6 of the RX 350 now boasts 275 horsepower, up from the previous 270 hp. A 6-speed automatic replaces last year's 5-speed. Inside, the luxurious cabin benefits from a more user-friendly design, highlighted by the available all-new Remote Touch, an intuitive and ergonomically designed controller that puts the driver in command of the RX's many navigation and audio features. It offers special exterior colors like Truffle Mica, limited-edition 18-inch alloy wheels, a chromed grille, and special Pebble Beach badging. Some colors have been dropped--Millennium Silver Metallic, Savannah Metallic, Flint Mica, Desert Sage Metallic, and Black Onyx--while new colors include Obsidian, Smoky Granite Mica, Matador Red, and the above Truffle Mica, which is only available on the Pebble Beach Edition.
