The LX570 receives a significant update for 2013. Now sporting Lexus' "spindle grill," the big SUV looks much more modern and is instantly recognizable as a Lexus. A new headlight design is complimented by LED daytime running lamps and a new front bumper design. The rear of the vehicle also gets new taillights and a new bumper, complete with a bumper protector accented in stainless steel. Turn signals have been added to the mirrors, improving safety on the large SUV. The interior of the LX570 features an updated instrument panel and any easy access system for the driver's seat. Various chrome accents have been tastefully added to the center instrument cluster and side vents, while new mahogany trim keeps things classy. A couple of new exterior colors have also been added for 2013.

For 2011, the Lexus LX 570 is mostly carried over unchanged, but it does receive a number of minor appearance changes. The Costa Azul Mica interior is discontinued, and black leather trim replaces gray leather; also Golden Bird's-eye Maple wood trim replaces Medium Brown Walnut. A heated steering wheel has been added to the available Luxury Package. And on the safety front, a brake override system now automatically reduces the throttle if the brake is pressed.

Ten years after the last major redesign, the Lexus LX premium sport utility vehicle was completely remodeled for 2008. Receiving a 5.7-liter V-8 engine generating 383 horsepower mated with a six-speed automatic transmission, the 2008 Lexus LX 570 continued to represent the ideals of a luxury utility flagship. Lexus Enform technology was added to the LX 570 in 2010 and was updated in 2013 coinciding with a minor styling update. Another significant upgrade to the LX 570 was performed in 2016 featuring a retouched spindle grille, enlarged multimedia screen, Lexus Safety System + and eight-speed automatic transmission.
