Generating 134 horsepower, the Lexus CT 200h can achieve up to 43 miles per gallon fuel economy on city streets or 40 miles per gallon on the highway. A sporty suspension setup for the CT 200h provided the compact hybrid with responsive road control while amenities such as dual-zone climate control, 10-way power driver's seat and SmartAccess key system came standard. In 2014, the Lexus CT 200h was granted a significant exterior and interior refresh including a new spindle grille, shark fin antenna and a cabin featuring a new, optional Navigation and Display Audio system. The 2014 model year Lexus CT 200h also introduced an F Sport appearance package adding items such as two-tone graphite machined finish 17-inch wheels, perforated leather seating and a solid black roof. Due to slumping sales in recent years, Lexus has chosen to drop the CT 200h for the 2018 model year in the United States and Canada.
