2019 FIAT 500X trims

2019 500X

The Fiat 500X returns for 2019 with some deceptively significant updates. Kia is replacing both the base 1.4L and Tiger Shark 2.4L turbocharged engines for a new 1.3L turbo-charged powerplant. It produces just a few less peak horsepower than the TigerShark engine but increases peak torque 13 percent to a whopping 210-foot pounds. Paired with a standard 9-speed automatic transmission and all-wheel drive the 500X delivers an increasingly more desirable driving experience with every given year.

The Fiat 500X returns for 2018 with relatively minor changes. The biggest news for this year is a new Uconnect 4 system, which comes standard across the entire range. 2016 FIAT 500X trims

2016 500X

The Fiat 500X is a brand new model for Fiat in 2016. After the successful launch of the 500L in 2014, Fiat continued to look for new ways to bolster their lineup, eventually deciding that a small crossover vehicle fit the bill. The 500X is what they came up with. The 500X differentiates its self from the 500L through the availability of all-wheel drive, by a slightly taller stance for more ground clearance and by its more rugged styling. The 500X is also available with a bigger engine than anything else in the Fiat lineup.

About 500X

Joining the rapidly expanding Fiat brand presence in the United States for the 2016 model year, the Fiat 500x is an all-new compact crossover vehicle. Sharing a platform with the Jeep Renegade, the Fiat 500x as well as its corporately-affiliated counterpart is manufactured in Italy. A recognizable, sporty style found with the Fiat 500x allows it to assert practical, urban utility. The 500x crossover included two unique available features for a Fiat product in 2016 in the form of a nine-speed automatic transmission and optional all-wheel drive. Engine power for the Fiat 500x is derived from either a 1.4-liter MultiAir turbocharged engine or a 2.4-liter Tigershark MultiAir 2 powerplant. Introduced with five trim levels, the Fiat 500x line is topped by the Trekking Plus model that includes leather interior, Blind Spot Monitoring System and unique 18-inch aluminum wheels.
