Cadillac ATS-V Coupe Model Years and History

The 2019 Cadillac ATS gets a few minor changes as rumors swirl regarding Cadillac's next move in the coming years. The ATS will no longer be offered in a Sedan, the Championship Edition package is no longer available and Wave Metallic paint replaces Phantom Gray Metallic and Vector Blue Metallic.

Beyond that, the CUE infotainment system has been updated and is now standard in all ATS models. It includes new functions with apps like Pandora, the Weather Channel, and iHeart Radio. Inside, the instrument cluster has been restyled, while under the hood, the base 2.5L engine has been discontinued on sedans.

With a twin-turbocharged V6 engine producing well over 400 horsepower, the ATS-V should be able to go head to head with the BMW M3 and the Audi RS4. In addition to its firecracker of an engine, the ATS-V gets uprated suspension, new body work and much stickier tires. Available in two or 4-door variants, the ATS-V provides an American alternative to the classic high performance European sports sedan.
