A big challenge with electric vehicles has always been range. The Rivian R1S delivers between 270-410 miles of range, putting it in competition with the Tesla Model X and the Hummer EV. With seating for seven the R1S is poised to compete. The R1S shares many of its attributes with the R1T pickup.
