Qualification: The Limousine and Hospitality Program pricing and incentives described in this bulletin can be applied with the following funding alternatives: BMW Financial Services (FS) o Vehicles contracted through BMW FS Regional Retail or Select rates are eligible. o Vehicles contracted using a BMW FS Lease, OwnersChoice, or Pre-Pay Lease are not eligible. o Vehicles contracted using BMW FS Sales Support Retail are not eligible AND you will not be reimbursed for the Limousine and Hospitality Program incentive. Non-BMW FS: Cash purchases and lease or finance contracts from other financial institutions.

Eligibility: The BMW Limousine and Hospitality Program incentives are to be applied to the wholesale (Dealer invoice) for enrolled Companies. The customer must be enrolled with BMW NA and have an LFAN account number. If a purchaser in not enrolled in the program, please visit the below link for an enrolment application. https://form.jotform.com/50214336623143 The BMW Limousine and Hospitality Program is also applicable for verified personal/independent chauffeurs. Documentation of chauffeur business license and or Taxi & Limousine Commission License is required at the time of enrollment. The vehicle must be invoiced to the company associated with the LFAN and the company name matching the provided Customer Information Form (CIF) to be eligible for incentive reimbursement. Lease Credit - FS Lease/Owners Choice

Qualification: New Vehicle sales support offers are only valid for the retail sale of eligible, new BMW vehicles and the first consumer sale of retired service loaners, demos, and retired BMW NA Company Vehicles (Retired Vehicle Credits). Previously Reported vehicles (Service Loaners, Demonstrators) with over 15,000 miles at the time of the first customer do not qualify for sales support cash. Previously Reported NA company vehicles with over 5,000 miles at the time of the first customer do not qualify for sales support cash. FS Credits must be used in conjunction with corresponding monthly Lease/APR programs.

Qualification: Customers must apply for a CSP Claim via their employee benefits portal and present certificate at a time of purchase or factory order. In addition, customer must provide a recent paycheck stub from within the last 30 days along with a copy of their vehicle registration. The customer's name on the CSP claim certificate must match the the name on the vehicle order form, buyer's order as well as BMW Financial Services contract if applicable. The company name on the CSP certificate must match the customer's proof of eligibility (recent paycheck stub or member verification).

Eligibility: Available to employees and members of organizations that have partnered with BMW USA. Non-FS Cash purchase incentives on eligible models are available to all type G customers (loyal and conquest). The CSP incentive cannot be used in conjunction with any other program, e.g., Corporate Fleet Program (Type H), FS Fleet Lease (Type FL), Car Club of America (CCA), College Graduate Program, OL Codes, Dealer Group Program (Type DG), Group Partner & Family Program (Type GP/GPD), Diplomatic and Embassy Programs (Type DI & EM), Military Sales Program (Type J), Limousine & Hotel Shuttle Program (Type L) and/or VIP Purchase Program (Type VP).
