With competition heating up in the minivan segment, Honda plans to bolster its presence with a reworked 2018 Odyssey. For 2017, buyers are offered a familiar version of the 4th generation family hauler. With a maximum eight-passenger capacity, all 2017 Honda Odyssey minivans are powered by a 3.5-liter V-6 engine. Producing 248, the powerplant utilizing Variable Cylinder Management also features impressive fuel economy at 22 miles per gallon. The 2017 Odyssey's six trim levels (LX, EX, SE, EX-L, Touring and Touring Elite) include the wider availability of premium features on some vehicles. An acoustic windshield, Rear Entertainment System and the minivan's captivating HondaVac in-vehicle vacuum cleaner are now optional on the SE and EX-L trim levels.
